Wow, I think I'm in love with her...she's so impressive. She must be really highly emotionally intelligent, I wonder if in 1958 doing inner child, shadow work and meditation were more common than today (I do not want to presume, just because we have the internet today does not mean we are always better off in terms of available information) because if not she's truly exceptional.

I want to add definitely wear sunscreen on your face, if you are not blessed with melanin, even when you are indoors. :) I am not 70 but heard it from dermatologists.
