In a Reddit post about iPhone girl, a few posters chimed in that they once worked at computer repair or phone stores and the stealing and sharing of nudes is rampant behind the scenes. Don’t even trust Verizon sales person when they’re taking your phone to the back to transfer data to a new phone. Thankfully it’s easier these days to transfer your phone information yourself, but then most people are relying on cloud service backups which are hack able.

In a perfect world we would be free and respected and able to take nudes for ourselves and trusted partners without having opportunistic scrotes taking advantage. But we don’t live in that world.

You can set up folders to password protect your nudes and make sure that you don’t send them to anyone whom you don’t trust to delete and/or password protect them (I.e. very few people)

God that's so awful! I have never sent a nude, I've sent some racy ones to my husband but never identifying, in case the phone was lost, but he always deleted them. My friends have called me a prude before for us not having nudes of eachother. We live together, I see him nude often!
