You're gonna have to fap in order to cure this.

Try edging and try to last 5 minutes. When you feel like you're going to nut stop, then wait for about a minute, then keep going. Once you hit 5 minutes, then aim for 7 next time. Then 10 and so on...

Fap SLOW. Don't inflate your mind with images that stimulate you.
