I'd like to point out that this subreddit is largely men complaining. Men have the right to complain it's just taken less seriously if we do it ain't right but it's an entirely different issue than the one you've introduced.

My comment will be not related to the post but Boku No Pico is a show about boys being groomed by adults to want sex and society had no one made a fuss about it because they're boys. Some of the comments here prove that society now does not encourage men to speak up with the social injustice they're facing. Back to my unrelated topic, there's no backlash in the anime because the characters are male, if the writers and animators used female, society will make a huge uproar about it. Since the anime is full of young boys, most people would not be triggered by it as much as they would've been triggered if a show depicts women being groomed.

People haven't been prevented from complaining except in family court in some jurisdictions. But people have been wrongfully had their social complaints dismissed on the grounds of their birth.

"right to complain" is horrible language that should be discarded.

You have all your rights, nothing is being taken from you. You're simply threatened by women getting the same rights as you. It's perfectly normal for your ego to start feeling bruised. Put it aside and demand equity for men and women. Grow up.

Some people here need to tone down the drama. Men get the short end of the stick and discussion will help that but these 'women are the only ones with rights and men are second class citizens' posts are just exaggerated whining. Something that still very legal.

And the idea that 'complaining rights' were given to women is just dumb. We all have the right to complain. And everyone else has the right to roll their eyes when you are just being dramatic.
