The foundational principals of all flavours of feminism are inherrently anti-male when you examine what needs to be true for them to accurately describe reality. Feminists can claim that it's "just about equality", but it's equality based on bigotted assumptions, presuming psychopathy on the part of men as a class.

Egalitarian values, and mens rights advocacy in particular, is innately antifeminist.

If someone says it is for "equality of all sexes" or that it "fights for rights of all sexes" those people are misleading you with lies.

I think it's very successful at using talk about equality to destroy society. It praises the idea of men and women being considered equal, but when governments try to - say - make equal rape laws they scream and attack. They also like to throw young boys off of evacuation busses fleeing genocides..

Feminism is a far-left leaning ideology and political movement.

It's original stated purpose was to fight for Universal Suffrage (women's right to vote) among other things. (See the Declaration of Sentiments). Once that was achieved, it turned focus to women's right to work, then equal right in general.

It is now a political ideology that seeks to secure as many privileges for women as possible, without commensurate responsibility (e.g. Women's can hold combat positions, but they are not required to register for Selective Service).

It's racist roots are now starting to come to light as more people learn about the actual history of the US.

Feminists threatened to vote against blacks' right to vote, because Elizabeth Cady Stanton (the leader of the women's suffrage movement) felt that white women would be degraded if Negro men preceded them in getting the right to vote.
The vast contributions of Black women to the movement have been erased or ignored. Especially by modern feminists.

This is not surprising, as it aligns with Democrats racist views at the time

So what feminism has never really been about, is equality. It is now, and always has been about power.

And that is not necessarily wrong, since most political movements are about power. So anyone using this as an excuse to point fingers - DON'T. But many people have a problem with feminism because it presents itself to young people as something less onerous than it really is, and it deliberately hides it very racist past.

And that is not cool.

It’s the perfect example of great taste but awful execution, they’re main idea is to fight for equality but they do this in the worst way they possibly could. They claim to fight for men when they never mention issues and only use them as a Segway to push their own narrative, blame us for all the world’s problems, silence the men’s movements and opinions and think it’s perfectly acceptable to be horrible to men and belittle them. The movement is bullshit and if they actually did what they claim to be fighting for then there might not have been a men’s rights movement in the first place. You seem to be nice and a respectable person and you now have my opinion :)

Edit: forgot to mention that this doesnt mean that there aren’t good feminists or feminist ideologies

Absolutely awful and never should have been created whatsoever. It is inherently and deliberately NOT about "gender equality" or equalising anything; it's about female domination and the belittlement and abandonment of men, ignoring any and all massive crises the latter face (e.g. education, workplace, courts, reproductive rights) in favour of what tiny "microaggressions" women apparently encounter.

Pure poison. Needs to be eradicated and labelled a sexist terrorist movement immediately.

Personally, I started despising the other sex at the end of primary school (the latter half of the 00s), since I was being mentally abused by two female students and a female teacher at the time - abused by three females for two years. Went to an all-boys school for Year 7 onwards, but that abuse remained within me, causing me to never want to interact with women if I can at all help it (which means never attending dances with 'sister' schools) or want to start dating.

Controversial opinion: some feminism is awesome, some feminism is terrible, and most of it is just average.

Most Radical feminism is hate speech IMHO.

Most intersectional feminism is brilliant and can be a framework for true equity (can also be used to describe how the inherent disadvantages of men multiply with other intersections, like being a man AND being black etc.)

Feminism is just as important of a movement as Men Rights for the fight against gender equality. There are unique problems that both sides face and it is important that we address both. Sure, there are definitely a lot of people out there that misrepresent the core term of Feminism, and a lot of people that misunderstand Men's Rights, and those people are often the loud minority. In the end, the world still hasn't achieved true gender equality, especially globally. I might get downvoted for this but these are my 2 cents.

It was good.Was...In the 1900,they REALLY needed it.In the early 2000,they needed it too.Rape is a bad thing,inequality is a bad thing,but just saying it ONLY happens to women is absurd. Feminism is good,but there are a lot of bad apples by just how their system runs,those who get out of line are supported by the name the are under “feminism.”You can’t bully a feminist.So that makes that shitty little asshole intolerant a public one,because they have support,social barriers preventing them from being insulted,and mental barriers from all the people who are saying shes doing the right thing. So,yes,I do like feminism,but it’s a shit system as it stands,making all feminists look bad.They aren’t,but an abnormal amount of them are.
