Most of the jurisdictions that have amended gendered rape laws, no longer define rape at all. Rape is replaced in many places with "sexual assault".

Trouble is that the definitions of sexual assault are frequently flawed and continue to apply a gendered definition of sexual assault, even when using terms like he/she when describing the offender. The acts described are often only physically possible for male anatomy.

Story time:

About 17 years ago this chick I was fuck friends with used to give me blowjobs while I was asleep. I only found out because my roommate asked me to stop (we were in a barracks scenario). I held back and first asked her to calm down twice before my buddy came out of the common room, saw us, and started laughing. We looked at each other, got up, and that was it. I didn’t see her until maybe a year later and she was getting out of the military for being gay. No lie man, unbelievable.

The long and short of it is I’ll never forget that shit, and everyone can get raped and assaulted.

I don’t believe that the majority of women think that radical feminism is a thing. Maybe like 10% of the women there are like big red, the rest of this there to support their friends. The problem with that though is that shitty legislation gets passed because of it.

People should think with their minds and not their emotions. It is possible, the country just needs a little bit more mental health support from our government.
