I broke down in death valley (2k miles away from my home) and got a tow truck from Pahrump. I was worried about going to a mechanic shop because I could have easily been scammed. The driver said he would take us to his buddies shop. It was closing time when we got there but the driver called ahead, and there was 5 mechanics standing there waiting on us. Got the alternator changed in minutes flat, and got us back on the road. That's some fucking hospitality. I'll always have a good memory of that shitty little town.

I have a chronic pain disorder and when a man offers to come to me for our first meeting I really appreciate that he’s making things easier for me. It reflects well on him and indicates the likelihood that he may be serious. Also, even if I didn’t have this health issue, chasing down men instead of letting them exercise their instinct to hunt and conquer has always been a huge fail. It’s never worked for me.
