She actually complains that she can't go into the office in sandals and a summer dress.. She's got no thought at all for anyone other than herself. I work in an office, I have to wear at minimum (no clients around) shirt, tucked into stuffy trousers, formal shoes and tie. But she's not happy about not being able to wear her summer dress and sandals.. They're insufferable.

I wouldn't want her hiring people at a company I was running as I would end up with empty-headed shallow fashionistas instead of qualified people who don't care if their belt doesn't match their shoes.

I’m in an office with all women. I have to wear a suit and tie everyday. No joke they wear casual sun dresses and stuff. No joke it would be the equivalent of wearing a T-shirt and shorts

Remember a couple of generations ago, after women had entered the work force en masse for the first time, they started demanding a relaxation of female dress codes to be more comfortable, less stuffy, etc.?

What did they expect to happen when they only argued for their own benefit, without caring what the men had to sit through?

In my workplace, again, men are required to wear office attire, i.e, shirt, trousers & shoes. Women have a ‘smart attire’ dress code which is not enforced at all, they come in wearing flip flops, hoodies, and a bunch of other nonsense which isn’t suitable for the office, nor does it fit the dress code rules. In summer, women can wear skirts, men still have to wear trousers. There is a serious lack of equality, and double standards, and what’s worse, is that no one wants to talk about it, out of fear they will be deemed ‘sexiest’ or ‘misogynistic’.

The title should have "feminists", not "women". Or else, "some women".

It's feminists who say these things - many women don't complain.

Let's not generalise the whole gender, as feminists do to men.

Bitch just put on a fucking cardigan. Or a shawl. Or a jacket. Or any one out of dozens of articles of clothing, that solve the cold problem while still preserving professional attire and even fashion requirements.

One time I was at an event where men had to wear a solid white shirt and solid black tie with a half Windsor knot black pants a black belt black dress shoes whereas the women could where what they wanted I did not have a solid black belt so I wore a brown belt which looked ugly but I didn't care I was turned away at the door had to return home change my belt and was late

Did you actually read the article you posted? Not all discussion of an issue is "complaining," even when it's women daring to have the discussion. I thought that was an interesting read, to the extent that any discussion of fashion can be interesting to me.
