Can someone explain to me why these kind s of people always have some major issue with paying the fines and dealing with correcting paperwork? I just don't get it. You're rich and special. You were pulled over for an inspection sticker? Speeding? Moving violation? The tickets 200 bucks. Pay it and move on. She is good at provoking, telling the shorter cop that he is only 'following' his collegue was a smart tactic. But (although English isn't my language so correct me if I'm wrong) she is not as eloquent as she likes to think. She kept saying ''you can't put a setence together'' but she was stuttering and taking long pauses to think every now and then.

If I had to guess a justification for her behavior, it would be that she was acting like this because she was taking to her house students from very good and prestigious universities. It could have made her feel the need of proving her worth, to be part of the 'prestigious' people that she is welcoming to her house. So that was to either 'impress' these students plus some natural narcisistic personality trait.
