By the way if we're on this subject, for females only one of the two X chromosome is active in each cell to prevent producing too much proteins wich would be toxic. For males however both the X and the Y chromosome are active, wich means men have more active genes in total than women.

According to this Harvary Gazette article all dna has a ton of "junk dna" in it. Fruit flies, as they point out, discard a lot of it leaving them with "compact, junk-free genomes".

The thing that bothers me most about the tweet op linked, that guy can get away with saying things like that and he is not labeled sexist. But if someone were to argue that the Y chromosome is far more compact and junk-free, thereby proving male superiority, by far. That person would be labeled a massive sexist.
