This subreddit has been unfairly attacked, in the media, across Reddit, by those who oppose the betterment of men's lives. But it has also been attacked by those who are misguided as to the intention of this subreddit. I feel this needs to be stated:

If we want the rights of men to be fought for, we must not see this movement corrupted.

It was the fate of the Feminist Movement that hate tore through it. It was the fate of BLM that hate tore through it. We are people, we are no more or less susceptible to misinformation than anyone else. And, as a movement that goes against the status quo, we will be prime targets of misinformation.

Now, on to Kavanaugh. He has been accused of sexual assault, and I doubt that anyone hasn't heard about it. However, I would like to point out a particular bad habit that this subreddit has: we at times assume that all rape accusations are false. We at times complain when anyone is accused. But what we should do, is that we should wait for evidence. Wait for evidence before accusing Kavanaugh. Wait for evidence before accusing Kavanaugh's accuser. While false rape is, in fact, one of the main issues facing men, rape is a heinous act, and in dismissing any accusers, we open the door to turning a blind eye to rape as a whole.

My advice to users of this subreddit: if you see misinformation, point it out. If you see someone being racist, misogynistic, or misandrist, point it out.

We must not become another Feminism.
