sorry to double reply to you, but:

take a look at this political cartoon

this cartoon is specifically targeted to Islam but it is fundamentally the same argument no matter what population of people you levy the criticism against.

in the same way I am filled with anger and frustration at the population of Christians in america when some ignorant couple stomps on their infant to death in order to "exercise the demons within her" for implicitly supporting the worldview that demons can exist and that they can possess infants and you need to stomp the demons out of them, I am angry with the Feminist population for implicitly supporting the worldview that gives us things like the Duluth Model, "1/4 people who commit suicide are women", and "the patriarchy".

it's a messy, difficult world out there, and I'm not going to be the person to pretend that I do not implicitly support some horrible worldview with any number of my beliefs. that is just the nature of our human species.

but let's not pretend like it doesn't happen. let's not pretend like we are not at fault for lending strength to an ideology by supporting it.

and in that sense, if you call yourself a feminist, you are holding the shield in front of the radical who thrusts the spear.

you're ignoring everyone in third world countries unable to get an education, and beat into marriages etc

They don't need feminism, they need human rights activism. Did you know an equivalent number of boys in third world countries lack an education too? That includes Islamic countries where boys are given an education, not a western education with math, science, etc, but in Islamic scripture.

Why do they need feminism? Why do the boys and girls impacted equally by a social issue need help from a movement named after women? (Especially when said movement denies the male victims even exist?)

I just feel like it's hard to argue about men's rights and completely shut out people seeking EQUALITY on the other side because after all that's what this is... equality

You ever offered this criticism to a feminist? They've been doing what you describe for the past half century.
