I'm glad that they were able to see that she wasn't some innocent person in fear for her life, rather someone acting violent and unreasonable who made a foolish decision that had horrible consequences.

That said, both of them seem fucking weird. I can understand calling your lawyer, but going to get a slice of pizza after someone falls to their death from your balcony? Also, his heavy breathing from the recordings is so animated he sounds like a cartoon villain powering up. A perfect example of people who can't handle their alcohol getting together and all hell breaking loose.

Two people who were intoxicated and unable to make good choices when drunk... Both made horrible choices throughout the evening and it resulted in the death of one of them. Very sad.

There are a lot of women who think it's completely acceptable to lash out and get violent- however, due to her not being around to testify her side, we can't say what led up to the events that caused her to be violent before the video started. Is it an excuse? Not that I can say, as I've seen more than my share of women become irrational due to alcohol and men try to subdue them with strength and angry words (which is logic that doesn't work with women)...

It was a situation that spiraled... And she thought she was a hostage, so she tried to escape. She wasn't... But alcohol... Fucking alcohol.

I wouldn't say this is a "pussy pass" but more of a situation where enough evidence wasn't present at the time of the arrest and with how it all played out (him not calling police, grabbing food, her being dead, etc) he set himself up to being accused... I'm literally not taking a side on this- it sucks for both parties involved and was handled poorly all around... Hopefully the people involved in the case will learn the concept of "Innocent until proven guilty"
