Only 25% of homeless people are women? How is that a bad thing? I'm surprised it's that many, considering that women have more options available to them, and a lot of employers would hire women over men.

But, that story was about the homeless problem in general. And my take on the graphic was just to point out one of the several groups that were affected, one that people may not expect to be that high.

Edit: the victim complex on this sub seems to be pretty high. In the article, there was one stat that mentioned the rate of homeless women (also mentioned the rate of aboriginal homeless, but no outcry there), and this infographic simply visualized it differentlydifferently. Bunch of god damn cry babies on this sub
