The most important thing I think you can really take away is how an echo chamber has dangerous consequences. I have no doubt that this person believed what they were doing was right.

She was found having sex with him in his room. The guy was a clinically diagnosed narcissist with ASD and could not make decisions for himself or seriously consent.
