Not saying that she deserves more charges, not in the least, but I'm really not sure if a man who did the same thing would get only charges relating to unlawful "surveillance". My guess is that he'd get a few sexual assault charges thrown in the mix too.

And as to people asking why she did it, ~~the only~~ a* reasonable explanation is that the man was so well endowed that she just had to share it with her friends. Even good looking women aren't immune to that kind of behaviour. The real question I'm having is how did she get caught? Did she email the dick pic to the whole staff?

Why should she lose her licence? Ruined someones career because they took an inappropriate photo. This doesn't sound like the kind of thing which should be escalated beyond internal disciplinary procedures.
