If anyone actually bothered to read the source he gives, the website they source for the "sexual harrassment policy," is a website run by UCSB students, not the University itself.

I personally go to UCSB and while UCPD are dicks sometimes, their sexual assault policy (which can be found here ) is very clear cut.

In the official policy, sexual harassment is defined as when " harassment of one student by another student is defined as unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that is so severe and/or pervasive, and objectively offensive, and that so substantially impairs a person’s access to University programs or activities that the person is effectively denied equal access to the University’s resources and opportunities."

I do understand that people cry wolf more often than is necessary, but I have never heard of anybody at UCSB being charged for sexual harassment for cat-calling or anything similar.

I have some questions. If a college girl seeks out a sugar daddy to help her with the rent, or outright puts an ad on Craigslist to turn tricks, she's become a victim of sexual assault? Did I read that right?

Also, what does the following mean:

Are we talking prescription drugs to control one's diabetes? Or do we now characterize giving head in exchange for cocaine as "surviving"—and sexual assault?

Anything women don't like at any time is harassment and simply horrendous and they are 'survivors' of. Meanwhile men are assaulted by women everyday and under VAWA (a violation of basic human rights) the men, the victims of the assault are arrested and then convicted of assault themselves. Pure insanity and Hell on Earth. Fathers have NO rights at all, nor do any men when interacting with women and children in any regard. Men are all treated like criminals; potential rapists and pedophiles and can't even so much as look at children in public without someone calling the police. I could go on all day. Women couldn't last ONE DAY as a man. They would fall into a pile of sobbing mush within hours. MEN are TRULY oppressed in this country, not women.
