Blatant double standard when sex-segregated dorms already exist. Hoping this story goes big so that the university is embarrassed into doing the right thing -- horrible as it is that that's even necessary.

Ah, the anti-fraternity set. Always on about how fraternities are male exclusive so we can organize the patriarchy in secret. Evidence: it says so on the tv.

meanwhile, actual fraternity members are busy playing video games and having a few beers, with the occasional road trip, and couldn't organize for more than 15 minutes if you put guns to our heads. Source: I was in a fraternity. good guys, but getting them to do shit was like pulling teeth. also, it was a gay organization. privilege, not so much.

Isnt the whole fucking idea of a Frat/Sorority system to segregate the sexes so they can form friendship bonds and do boy/girl shit together? For every frat, theres an equal sorority so its not like anyones getting left out.......

Wesleyan is just using the rape hysteria as a play to force the sale of the property the frat owns. They keep changing the rules every time the frat complies and now they've messed up and can be countersued.

I do not think it makes any sense to tell a FRATernity that they have to have female members, that is utterly ridiculous .

However, what are they suing for? Can't wesleyean make any rule they want for private clubs? idk I hate litigious shit

Anti-fraternity movements are nothing new, and we've been fighting them for well over a century. The differences between local organizations can be like night and day, so I can never understand why there is so much generalization.

That being said, DKE does not have the best reputation, even on the national level.
