Hi Guys-

I’d posted 2 months ago when I was served an EOP, and had to leave the house with a 20 month old and 4 year old.

The mom has a dad and brother who are divorce lawyers. She knew how to use the system, started an argument, called the cops and then filed (and won) a petition while criminal charges were ‘pending.’

No charges came out of it, but my attorney said we have to play safe. Kids were removed from EOP, allowing only 1 supervised visit and 3 FaceTimes/week.

14 total hours in 50 days is all I’ve had, of which 5 have been my youngest son napping.

I noticed last week my kids don’t care for the FaceTime’s anymore and then this week when they came over my son didn’t recognize me and my daughter said she wanted to stay with mom.

It devastated me. They then came around and we had an awesome time together- but looking for advice on how to keep them wanting to come back, wanting to talk, etc until this all gets sorted through the GAL and judge?

Any other advice at large is also welcome. Stay strong brothers. I feel your pain.
