Well men, I've been held hostage by my estranged wife. The judge ordered me to continue paying the mortgage and her car payment until our divorce is settled. Immediately I felt like progress on things like mediation and responses from her side really slowed down. We've gone through a mediation and reached a settlement agreement. I thought oh great, we've finally got to the end and we can move on, but now her side wont even review the final decree so that we can get the damn thing signed. Basically she's holding me hostage for a few more months where I have to pay her mortgage and car which isnt a part of the settlement.

This is jacked up. I feel like there is no due process for men in most divorce cases.
