Hello I am almost done with my divorce and am trying to figure out child support.

The original court order is $1600 a month, however the girls school ($1400)gets taken from that and my ex wife receives the difference. We haven’t finalized it yet, but this temp injunction was joint custody, but she was custodial since she had her own place.

Things are much different now, based on previous events. She is now back in TX since she fled in January, and living with a friend(but has to pay rent-1000) car payments, her own bills etc. but doesn’t have her old stable job anymore.

I’m stuck in a difficult situation, I don’t mind helping her, but it’s tough considering I take care of for the girls(as I should) and that adds up, plus my OWN bills. She is asking for more help. How much should I give her?
