First thing is first get a lawyer. Next, make sure you see you son. As much as possible. I’m assuming you want to be part of his life, perhaps even an equal part?

Do you have a restraining order against you? If so, follow it to a T. Record anything she says to you and don’t respond if communication is prohibited. If not, record every single conversation with her.

Make sure you are calm and reasonable. Try to negotiate the divorce settlement and record her responses.

This will get worse before it gets better.

Take care of yourself. Exercise. Meditate. Get into hobbies.

Do not get back with this terrible person.

Could be lots of things going on, including a personally disorder... With my first kid I didn't recognize her post partium depression but it's very real and typically worse than you think it is. At least it was with my ex. With that said, if she won't get help AND go to councling with you, then I'd have to tell you don't waste your time. If you're both willing to do the work then its probably worth a shot. Make sure you set and stick to clear boundaries. Also, maybe don't move back in with together until at least a few weeks of councling sessions and demand time with your kid asap.

Thoughts? You know what to do.. stick with the divorce. Period. Do NOT go back with her.. this will be a rinse/repeat situation. She'll figure out she now controls you.. with emotion, whatever.. and she'll seem great for a bit, then do it again. Not worth your life being miserable for years.. or longer. Get out now.
