Hey y’all how did yall deal with domestic violence claims in court? I know my ex is going to say I’ve abused her physically, emotionally etc…there was never a police report or anything in my case but I’m just trying to prepare for what’s to come. My attorney says this court date is just for appearance and the judge won’t hear the case till we fail at mediation. Did any of yall go through this route? Please share your experience.
