We refinanced the house in Oder to pay off her car but she’s been getting health insurance from my job, I pay her car insurance, I sent her 1k a month for 3 months on top of $2,600 from the last bit of equity on the house and she stole 2k from my bank account. I don’t understand her thinking at all.

Spouse: I want half the house, spousal support, and my car I gave you 7 almost 8 years. I’m not walking away with nothing. I was there through everything including your cancer, the countless jobs you made me quit, you already have everything and I lost everything. I already started the paperwork and am ready to file with what I want. I was going to the courthouse next week to file.

Me: There’s no equity in the house. I’m not giving spousal support since you get free health insurance and I’ve been paying for the car insurance also you have taken more than enough money from me on top of the fact that I’m taking the consolidation debt of 17k that we accrued together so you are leaving with no debt from our marriage

I also have proof of you taking the money without my authorization and proof that I’ve been paying for our health insurance and car insurance and I have the original contract for the consolidation debt that we accrued together.

You’re walking away free with no debt and I’m assuming the house debt (that has no equity) and the consolidation debt.

Edit: we have no legal paperwork stating we are separated and she’s had a boyfriend since 1December, 1 1/2 month after she moved out the house. Would that be adultery?
