I know this probably isn’t what you want to hear, but for me, come 3-4 months out from finalizing… was when I was able to start processing things emotionally. Be prepared because it can come randomly when you aren’t expecting it. My life has super highs and super lows. Try to figure out how to navigate the lows and you will heal quickly.
