Funny coincedence. I am in the same boat except all the false police reports the false orders and the boyfriend being ejected by child lawyer, really landed her in trouble with the kids and now she was forced to sign 50/50 parenting and custody agreement. A few days ago i had to meet her in order of protection court. Her lawyer the child lawyer and court clerk tried to get me to sign documents saying i wont harass her any more and they will withdraw the whole case. I ripped them a new one so hard in the hallways that they had to move us. At one point they started telling me i might be arrested due to all the violations (i call her a liar every time she tries to talk and she files a violation and the sherriffs visit with another violation served. I replied "put the cuffs on right now so i will get fired today and this pathological liar goes back to work full time and finally provided for herself". Absolutely savage. Best day ever. Later that day she signed everything i wanted. Just amazing.

No was the right answer. Do a swap at the grandparents place, or schedule the swaps around school so she drops off at school in the morning and you pick up from school in the afternoon.

Well I would say an hour before it’s time to swap the children make sure you’re not home with them and be at the police station. I’d consult an attorney on how to proceed. If she is violating the court order, call the police.

If the boyfriend has been an active participant in an attempt to have you falsely accused and arrested, then he is not a suitable candidate for exchanges.
