2 months ago my wife asked me for a "trial separation" and to leave the house indefinitely. I refused and stayed in my house. My wife called the police (they didn't do anything). She filed a TPO request which was denied by the judge. She left with the kids for three weeks and then moved back in with me on Feb 21. Since then she's petitioned the court to evict me from the home. She's been telling my kids that if I am allowed to stay then they will be forced to leave. Today we had an "Economic Hearing" and the judge of course denied her request to evict me. So I get to stay. Well when I walked through the door my wife and kids were home and my kids freaked out saying they hated me and I was forcing them to leave. I told them no I love them and want to live with them in the house and they with me. My wife told me she filed CPS reports on me (news to me) and that she is leaving again with the kids for a month until our next hearing.
