Just wanted to follow up and let you guys know we had the hearing for the PO, and the judge dismissed immediately after my ex gave her “evidence” and lectured her how serious the allegations she made were, and how the things she claimed I did were not DV. I’ve lost a lot of friends through this, financially took a hit, and then the mental aspect of it sucked as well, but I feel very vindicated today.
