I may get down voted but alot of us understand where you are coming from. She f**ked you over, you're upset, angry, and ultimately you want her to pay. We all would like to see these monsters pay and receive their just do. I'm not gonna judge you for your efforts here. In the end tho, your mental health, and healing from the trama is of most importance.

As an anecdotal story. I know this woman whom presents as very pious. The truth of the matter is, both of her ex-husbands have very similar stories. The first red flag was, the day after getting married, she told them that her goal was to legally separate from them. She has been diagnosed with BPD.

Here is the truth. You are hurt. You are angry. We get it. We honor and respect how you feel. You are not wrong for having these feelings.

She is renting space in your head. She still has influence over you and your emotions. If you want to help, start by helping yourself. Process these feelings. Acknowledge the rage you feel. Make your way through the storm and once you have, set that bag of bricks down and walk away. Do some reading to help you change your perspective. Stoicism, Buddhism. You need to find the path where no individual has the power to influence your emotional state for more than a moment. Otherwise you will always be a slave to others.

Assuming you are divorced already and the settlement is a done deal and your lawyer says there is no actionable info on the website (ie purely factual, based upon public record etc) then I guess it comes down to a risk vs reward argument. Is the risk of her being pissed at you and possibly making trouble in your life worth the potential saving another man? I think so. If she's done it multiple times, it shows a clear pattern of behaviour, a pre-meditated calculating mind and other men should be warned of her. Just be prepared for lots of games and possibly more false accusation to come your way.

If she’s trying to get another man, that trim is remotely good,and he HAPPENS to see it, she’ll just say it’s an ex that’s pissed and wants to hurt her, ignore it, then throw it at him as a distraction. The man will almost definitely ignore the site.

If you do it and your ex decides to get litigious, you are in for a headache. Even if you are in the right you have legal fees and court dates. Even if you win and get her to pay your legal fees, is it really worth it?

At the end of it all this plan will likely help no one and leave you with regret.

Is this really about helping others or getting some form of payback? If it’s really about helping others just try to keep an eye on her social media and reach out to whomever she ends up with and try to meet with them. There’s a high likelihood this will fail too but probably more likely to work and less likely to become a legal issue as nothing can be proven.

Can confirm. My ex-wife had accused her ex-boyfriend of raping her. She then accused me of rape (I was criminally charged) during our divorce proceedings. Spent 2.5 years and hundreds of thousands defending myself.

BION, I have some experience with this. Before I share, some technical advice. When you pick the registrar (to register the domain name) and pick the host (to host the files on their server), use overseas companies. Often, these services are offered together by the same internet services company. Avoid GoDaddy and Amazon. Find a company in Russia or Panama, far from US jurisdiction, who will ignore any US court order. Also, for another layer of protection, I used fake names and throwaway e-mail addresses to get things going. I set everything up using a Tor browser (research it). I paid with Bitcoin that I bought with cash. If Bitcoin isn't possible, some of these companies take a variety of anonymous payments.

I don't want to give out too much personal info. But I did something like you're thinking. She valued the perception that her friends and coworkers had of her. I could tell, I really hit a nerve. In my case, it was complicated because she was withholding visitation of our kids and restricting my speech. That was what pushed me too far. I needed a forum where I could be heard.

The result? Mixed. At first, it had a positive effect (for me). But long-term? Not so much.

But every situation is different.

Here's another perspective. Even if an ex-wife would never do this personally, she'll happily abuse the system and let the government publish all kinds of nastiness about you. Together, your ex and the government will happily publish any restraining orders against you, or damage your credit if you fall behind on support payments, or make false accusations public.

Do you have kids? Because if so, the “relationship” isn’t over with this person. Don’t kick the hornets nest and get her to do more nonsense to affect your kids’ health or your access to them.

Otherwise, while this doesn’t seem like it would actually be healing, go nuts man.
