This thought just came to me after an altercation where she was being absolutely crazy. Not only does recording everything provide documentation, but it also holds you accountable so you don't snap and do something stupid that further ruins your life. If you know you're recording, you're less likely to act irrationally and you end up looking better, and preventing some sort of DV situation where you are implicated.

Today was another rough day and it's not over, but it will be over soon fellas. Stay smart.
