After 2 months of my wife trying to buy me out of the marital home despite the banks refusal to let her assume the mortgage, our marital home is finally on the market. My stbxw proposed moving two towns over and enrolling them in that district. I desperately wanted to keep my oldest daughter in the same school she attended K and 1st grade in, but there is no inventory. Today I caved an applied for a rental in the town she proposed (different district but easily close enough for drop off and pick up.). This woman lost her ever loving mind.

When I informed her the apartment was in the town she proposed she screamed “Give me some fucking space.” The apartment is about 3 miles from where she’ll be living. She then exclaimed “This is actually harassment.” It is not, obviously. I informed her this isn’t about her and I simply want to live close to where my two daughters will attend school so they can still see their friends on the days I have them. She thinks it’s all about her, nothing new there. Even accused me of trying to stalk her. I cannot wait for this to be wrapped so I can minimize my interactions with this lunatic.
