Does parenting time play a factor in child support? I should have 50/50 no problem. Also, will infidelities effect her ability to go for spousal maintenance? (She’s the guilty party).

VA disability benefits are calculated too correct?

Does the amount she makes effect the outcome?

If she agrees to an amount in child support without going to court does that work? She may not want to try and fight and be ugly as she has a suicide attempt with kids in the house in the last year and I basically do everything (grocery shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry, all homework, drive to and pick up from school if I’m not at work, extracurricular activities, all bedtime routines unless I’m at work (1-2 days a week in evening) I hands down take better care of the kids. Plus she has her affair(s) and threw a phone and broke a tv in front of the kids. (Yes, she’s crazy but with my hours it’s almost impossible for me to take kids exclusively) so if we sat down with a lawyer and I made an offer and explained myself and what she’d be up against in court idk she may just go with the offer.

Mind you I do not hate her. I do love her but we can’t be together, it just doesn’t work. I don’t want to be mean or greedy and I don’t require much to be happy. I just don’t want to give her too much because frankly I deserve more, I just happen to get paid well.

Thoughts, advice?
