So, the order is most likely going to be approved in a temporary sense, at least until you get a chance to fight it on the hearing date.

If you own any firearms, find a trusted friend or relative that can store them in a place where you "don't have access", otherwise they'll be confiscated by the police, and getting them back will just be another headache to deal with.

Mine did it to me because I pushed her hand off my keyboard while I was taking my final exam in grad school. She was banging on the keyboard because I kept my headphones on to ignore her due to the exam being timed.

If she's doing this, she's opened up the door to make herself look insane. If it's not granted, go no contact and avoid her 100% in the house. The moment she enters your space after you tell her not to, have it on camera, tell her to leave twice and then call the police.

What I regret is not having the police arrest my ex for her multiple violent behaviors. If she does it, go full fuckin bore. Don't let up. Trust me, it will put you in a better bargaining position long term.

She may get the emergency protective order, not much you can do about that. But it will be temporary until the matter can go to full hearing. Stick with the process and if she gets the order - do not violate it. Spend what it takes to fight it at the full hearing.

The fact that she told you what she was doing will work against her.

It might already be too late, if the judge grants the order, you're leaving. If its denied, get ready for hell in the house. Set up cameras, record every interaction, move out of the bedroom and sleep on the couch, don't leave your phone or laptop around and change all the passwords. My X tried this with me when I refused to leave the house. Her order request was denied. She subsequently tried to swat me with the police TWICE. Most importantly keep calm and cool, don't let yourself get baited into a argument, be mellow yellow. Ignoring her is fine. Good luck.
