first at all, you are no ready to dating if you have a very low selfesteem, and you call yourself a low value man.

Secondly invest on yourself, you can do that going to the gym, taking care of your skin, make sure your fingertips are clean and short, learn new skills, communication skills could be one of them.

third change your mentality, no one with pesimistic and fatalist thoughts has gotten something in life

Im in a position like you, In january of this year the only people around me were my parents and my sister, no friends, and in depresion, even worse with high anxiety, nauseas everyday because my nervous system went crazy. im not going to tell you that i have friends right now and that i have a beutiful girlfriend by my side but i fighting and despite all the failures and rejects i wont throw the towel, i have been able to create little links with people they are not the deepest friends but at least im progressing slow but sure, and i hope you fight with me this war called life, who did tell you this was going to be easy ?

Everything you have mentioned can easily be changed.

A lvm is abusive mean. I don’t think your that.

Job- maybe see into what you can do? What about a cop? I think an associates degree is enough and it’s a good job. Skinny fat- go to the gym, you will make friends there as well.

Maybe look for someone in you similar situation. A chubby friendly girl with a good personality.

You can change your life in a year, give it a try before u end anything

My bf was very skinny and didn't make a ton of money when we met. I didn't think of him as a "low value man." His personality was perfectly compatible with mine.

And how hypocritical would it have been to judge his income at a moment when I happened to be unemployed?

Anyway, as it turns out, seven years later and as we approach middle age, he doesn't seem to be struggling with weight gain so many of us do at this age, he's just getting to where most people start out in their early 20s as far as body shape goes, and last year we became a 6-figure income household for the first time.

What you need to work on is making some friends and raising your self-esteem. If working out will help to do that, then why not start? When you meet that girl who piques your interest, how are you going to pique hers? You don't necessarily need to have a ton of money, but you'll want to have some interesting stories, insights or anecdotes to share. Be enthusiastic about something! One of the things I always find with social situations is that being a curious person, who reads about a lot of different topics, and wants to know a lot about the other person, seems to warm people to you. One recent example is asking a group of people I was talking to, "what's the most awkward sex scene you've ever watched and what happened?" That started a spirited discussion. And people love other people who provide these kinds of opportunities to talk about themselves or weird situations they've found themselves in.

Sigh. Low value man is red pill terminology. In the old days we just called that “loser” at worst. If you’re young it just sounds like you have pretty normal self esteem issues and you need to work on yourself. If your job doesn’t pay enough think about how to earn more. Forget this specter of high vs low value.

Have you tried doing something to improve your situation?

You can work out, find a hobby, work on your career / education, find groups or communities with shared passions to hang out with, go to events where you can encounter other people. Do you live in a city?

Your situation doesn't seem that dramatic, tbh. People go through stuff like this all the time and get better with a bit of effort.

Stop listening to stuff that makes you feel bad about yourself. Whats the point? Listen to positive videos that tell you you can do anything you put your mind to (which is the truth.) Confidence is key...

This is why red pill is so toxic…. So many men think they are doing people a favor by treating women like trash because they have a good job - but it’s really men hurt the most.

You are not low value. You have low self-confidence and all that you listed can be improved. Don’t get up on yourself. ☺️
