There's this idea that baldness will nuke your dating life which I don't believe in.
Your general appeal will shrink but an attractive guy is an attractive guy. Some people I think don't understand that women don't react to static pictures in the same way that men do. In real life, your body language, your voice, your confidence that is projected through all of this matters.

I think we us men should be much more concerned with our age than our hair. That and your fitness is much more important than having hair on your head, especially for women over 25.
If you worry about your physical attractiveness, that is mostly determined through eyes anyways. Then it's about facial harmony. I guess a masculine guy such as the second one clearly will have it easier than when the first guy goes bald. But let's be honest, hair or without hair, it's not like he has sex appeal tattoed on his forehead in the first place unlike the second guy.
