Ideologies like these come from an unhealthy level of fear.

Having fears is valid, fear is a useful tool to avoid bad things.

However the problem is that operating and making decisions from an unrealistic level of fear becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

Assuming that a person will leave for a first better option is an insane and paranoid gaslighting.

You were too afraid that you weren't good enough for her and so assumed that she would leave once she stumbled upon someone better.

So you turned to the redpill ideology instead of dealing with the fear.

Until you confront and resolve it (figure out why you think you're not good enough), this will spring up again and the redpill will continue to be a tempting option

Yup. In almost everyone I know who is pilled, hypergamy fears become a self-fulfilling prophecy and can be a vicious cycle. Trust issues are really worth seeing a therapist over since healthy relationships are dependent on that. How can you love in the future if you can't trust? That's something redpill takes away from people.

I've often seen this: guy worries about it happening => acts insecure => pushes girl away => reinforces his belief => stays on platform watching grifters for more "advice" => uses shit "advice" (fails) => back to the platform => more $$$ for grifters. These influencers see everyone else as suckers and marks and are amoral.

Conservative/trad/religious upbringing, low self-awareness, low ToM and sky-high neuroticism are risk factors it seems (neuroticism especially). If you are neurotic you need to treat that shit by going to therapy; neuroticism can fucking ruin your life. Some guys can't seem to understand that acting on these beliefs turns women off (at least healthy ones). Red pill binds to a man's neuroticism, ruins his sex/dating life and reduces him to a wreck who is easy to manipulate and feed more extreme redpill bullshit (usually for $$$).

Guys who are in relationships and fall into this may become abusive or controlling, having a rationale for doing so in the context of redpill. Guys who struggle more at getting relationships get pushed toward blackpill or MGTOW. Others may only feel comfortable in relationships they can control, so seek out power differentials (like age gaps) and become semi or fully-predatory.

On the macro level, the grifters don't care about the harm and division they cause because they are in it for $$$, power and attention and usually have pathological personalities (like severe narcissism or antisocial features). Do not be surprised if multiple bad actors are amplifying redpill through fake accounts, botnets or AI. It benefits allot of people to have straight men believe this as it is.

Think about the Russians who want to amplify existing social tensions in the west as part of their ideological subversion campaign. Red pill contributes by being one of several factors which helps drive the gen-z gender divide in the west. The far right in the US also benefits from stupid redpill "logic" because the GOP is the only party which aligns with that viewpoint in an American context.

A man did this to me, wouldn't trust me even though I was very loyal to him. After a while, I had to cut his ass out of my life. I did not have time for that shit.

Love is a gamble with anyone. You are going to have to take a risk that you will be hurt. Anything amazing will not be easy. And Anything easy will not he amazing. Relationships take risk and vulnerability. This is something red pill does not do very well.

I hope you're quitting pills. Take up something else to fill the time. Watch stuff about nature and animals. Learn guitar. Take care of a plant. Wholesome shit is the second step. First step is realizing pill contents ruins your life, and you've done that.

No more redpill nonsense, but you might slip and that's okay. Just gently guide yourself back to something else. You're brainwashed at this point, you can't stop even though you want to. Your brain doesn't know how to get unwashed.

Redpill is NOT an idealogy. It is a Praxeology. A bunch of guys comparing notes on what works and what doesn't in internet forums and generalizing it.

You had trust issues with the girl and you are externalizing and blaming the RP for it. You should take accountability and accept that there was something wrong in you beforehand.

In my opinion what you really had was "self worth issues". Am I good enough for her? Which is what lead to trust issues because you felt your girlfriend was better than you and would leave you. Ideally I would recommend therapy to root out the cause of your insecurity.
