They got exactly what they wanted. Picked some random guy and agreed to have a baby together, as in the father would be a father, he ghosts them during the pregnancy (as many men do in relationships) and won't pay for anything, now wants custody they agreed to. He wanted a child and made these women his incubators.

Always use sperm banks. Always insist on genetic testing.

He’s gunning for child support, and I guarantee that child would grow up in squalid conditions and raised predominantly by that man’s mother. I hope the judge dismisses his suit.

WTF they didn't even get a close friend or relative to be the donor, it was some random dude coming in to get his hair cut.

I remember a similar story from several years ago. A guy donated sperm to a woman and even signed a contract that he wasn’t interested in custody/parental rights. He later found out that the woman was a lesbian and was married to another woman, so he sued for custody because he was some religious homophobe or something like that. He was either awarded joint custody or visitation (I don’t remember which) even though he signed a contract.

This is one of the main reasons why I never take men serious when they cry about bias in parental court. There is no bias except the one in their favor.

Any man who cares to have custody will receive it. Convicted rapists have parental rights. Domestic abusers have parental rights. If a man has zero custody, not even supervised visitation, then it’s because he doesn’t want to have custody.

Sperm donors aren’t that pricey. I hope they get to keep their baby, but wow. Hope they don’t pass on poor decision making skills to their kid.

Are sperm banks really that expensive that they allowed a practically unknown male with god knows what awful diseases sperm be used for a baby of their own? I mean he is absolutely wrong for wanting full custody but how did they did not see that things could go south very easily.
