Many men become photographers to get access to (beautiful) women in the first place.

Some are rapey.

I work as an Artist as well and men in this field often bore the hell out of me. They think of themselves as so different but they aren't.

And photographers whose photos are mainly nudes or semi nudes of conventional attractive women are not artists for me, just thirsty creeps with a regular dull male mind.

Yup, i'm in this field and the amount of men who think a nude women instantly makes them a legitimate artist is disgusting. I love the figure, i love the nude body, but you can tangibly feel the lack of respect these scrotes have towards their subjects

I'm trying to imagine this the other way around, so it's a woman photographer's exhibition with nude photo's of all her hot exes and her peacocking about her hareem and how hot they all are and not discussing any less shallow attributes they have that aren't based solely on their appearance. But no I'm finding this difficult to envision because women don't have to contend with the male ego and desire to prove themselves based on their number of sexual partners and how hot they are. This screams insecurity and overcompensating for something.

I feel this post so hard. I'm an artist, and the art world is FULL of scrotes making boring, misogynist art that objectifies women and being celebrated for it. Whereas if you're a female artist and you want to succeed, your art doesn't matter but you'd better be a young, pretty pickme who's willing to get naked.

I get constant hate and mockery from artsy scrotes for pointing out their utter scrotacity, because they think they're more cultured than the kind of scrote who spends all their free time in their holey underwear playing World of Warcraft in their mothers' basements. Whatever. I'm not there to change their minds, I'm there to warn women.

Just for one egregious example: oft-worshipped Swedish painter Anders Zorn was a SCROTE. Here's The Lute Player if you don't believe me. Of course every dude and pickme who lays eyes on that painting is all "Nudity isn't sexual, you prude! You just don't understand art!" I understand art perfectly well. I understand that art has historically involved stripping women for male entertainment. I understand that this practice continues today with no signs of abating and I'd like to scream from the rooftops that this is oppressive bullshit until the day I die. Thank you all for coming to my Ted talk.

The artsy ones are the worst. In psychoanalytic theory, the artsy man is seen as someone who is perverse and neurotic and so he uses art to sublimate those feelings into a non-sexual act - a painting, sculpture etc. The fact that he feels the need to parade 20 women like that...
