You should avoid online dating in general, but Bumble especially. Since as a woman you NEED to message the guy first to get the conversation going, it sets the dynamic and expectation that you’ll always be the one pursuing him. Yeesh men, it's so cringey that even the slightest compliments give you delusions of grandeur about yourselves... almost like you had massive egos to begin with but weren't comfortable exercising it unless you sensed external reinforcement.🙄🙄🙄

Even if you smile men think that means you want to fuck, so I simply can't be my bubbly glowy self in public I'm afraid... 😉but women get the full benefit of my naturally complimentary nature. Unfortunately I had to unlearn this where men were concerned. Silly me; I believed in being equally nice to everyone like there wasn't a massive power/privilege differential between the people I was complimenting.
