I took myself out to a fancy restaurant to celebrate a big performance bonus. He was at a different table with a few clients and he came over. Asked to sit with me briefly and ordered me dessert so he could talk to me more. Followed FDS throughout the courting phase!

Before the pandemic started, I did this a lot. I took myself to the movies, went out to get clothes instead of online ordering (we all have our fave shops <3), took myself on drives, dinner (I love diners), etc.

Yes! And maybe it’s rose colored glasses but I swear I run into other happy people or have other unexpected and really pleasant experiences whenever I’m on a self date. I also love to go make a HUGE charcuterie and have wine with me while we watch tv 💜

When you're totally at ease and in love with yourself, you attract a different kind of crowd, I swear! And vice-versa.
But unfortunately, being happy and confident in your own skin is also a beacon for scrotes and NVM/LVM looking to score - thankfully, if you're doing you then you're probably already well-versed in the art of keeping them away. Thank God for FDS!

I just bought myself a brand new rose gold laptop and a vintage Burberry skirt suit for my birthday 😍🥰
Some random low iq dude on social media called me "spoiled" for buying myself gifts, how tf am I spoiled if I buy it myself??? Smh just goes to show how insecure LVM can be when a woman knows what's she's worth
