I think every human being should read this at 18, or earlier. Don't let users keep you around while they find "something better". Unless it's a mutually agreed FWB situation and you both have the same expectations and make it a ponit to still respect each other.

this is me circa this whole year. he played with my feelings, lied to me multiple times, turned my heart into a puppet show, left me hanging on a string, and showed zero remorse for his actions. he claimed that he never meant to hurt my feelings, but the way he treated me clearly proved the opposite. he forever ruined the way I’ll interact with men and he only gave me a half-assed “I’m sorry” when I called him out on his terrible behavior, but then he proceeded to call me crazy for not letting go. he got all manipulative and turned it around on me even though he was the one that seriously fucked up. bandaids don’t fix bullet holes. for a booksmart guy, his dumbass refuses to realize how his actions have consequences on people. there’s no point in confronting him on how horribly he played with me, he doesn’t care how he hurt me. now I’m just rambling. I’m sorry. I’m just hurting really badly and no one will ever listen to me.

It’s funny how so many of us have gone through this in 2019. He kept saying he “loves me” but that he feels “unsure” and “confused” about the future. He was so vague saying we are “incompatible” but was happy to text me all day, meet me every other weekend and act like my boyfriend, without the title. Not in 2020, so glad I discovered this sub.
