Many men will still be attracted to them, it's often their innocence and vulnerability they're attracted to and the power they can exert over them. Men can also fetishize anything, some men are attracted to amputees, they get off on the suffering of others, especially women. Wouldn't the best option be poking out the eyes of the men who desire them or castrating them?

Edit I was flat chested when I was young and it didn't stop sexual predators sexualising me.
