They have 5 different profiles on different apps wanting different things—Leave this confused boy alone.
It is honestly so beneficial when you find the same man over different apps. You really see their true colours. A guy can seem sane, cute, and interesting on one, and then have a whole damn tirade against women on another lmfao. Makes it easier to cull them out honestly.

Omg yes! Match.com: looking for wifey Tinder: here for a good time not a long time Bumble: not sure, trying out this app Hinge: don’t waste my time

The 'here for a good time not a long time' line is one that I am consistently physically repulsed by.
[–]EmpoweredGoatFDS Newbie8 points9 points10 points 5 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
Yeah, keep making shitty bios bro, it makes me swipe left that much faster.
[–][deleted] 4 points5 points6 points 5 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
My favorite are the one photo of them chest down with no bio. 🤣 LEFT PLEASE.
[–]AnniaTFDS Disciple1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
I see lots of those on tinder or dark photos or a photo of a lake or mountain and no photo of themselves and no bio. Sure lol
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Yes! Wth am I going to with a lake?! 🤣
[–]AnniaTFDS Disciple1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I don't get it either haha If I don't see the guy clearly in the first picture I usually pass. This also reminded me those guys who only have pics in groups of friends and you can't really see which one he is.
[–]jcebabeFDS Newbie1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
He's never the cute one, lol
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
YESSSSSS UGHHHHH!!! Which one are you? Are you the one in the middle? Right? Left with the funny leg? Where are you, sir? 😤🙃🙃🤣
[–]daisy_0720FDS Disciple20 points21 points22 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
I followed all of these on Bumble and ended up swiping left on all the guys in a 30 mile radius so I just deleted the app, lmao.
[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Lol hell I set mine to 5 miles. Not going extra miles for these men. But I keep getting men 50 miles asking me to go to them. 🤣

Awesome! Love this post
[–][deleted] 15 points16 points17 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Thank you! Tons of therapy and analyzing patterns made me realize I had to take some accountability for who I was attracting. Now I don’t entertain boys. Life is too short for that.

Guys that want to challenge you to prove to them that you are not a bot/catfish
Guys in their mid-40s and up who "may want kids/more kids"
Guys that have a woman with them in their profile pic. What's up with that?
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Yes and they always ask you to send 20 full body pics to “verify” if it’s you. Even when your profile is verified. 🤦🏾♀️
Yeah mid 40s and wanting more kids? No.
I NEVER understood that!!!

3: they wanna seem desirable/make sure you know you have competition.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Good insight! It does the opposite for me. Idk about other people in the group think. I think it would be the same if we posted pics with men. I’m sure most men would back off ASAP.
[–]StrainingMyNeuronsFDS Newbie8 points9 points10 points 5 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
One of my pet peeves is holding other people’s children in the photo. Or even their own kids, especially if the profile is quasi-fuckboi type. 🤢🤮
[–]AnniaTFDS Disciple6 points7 points8 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
I can't deal with people who put children (theirs or other people's) on the profile. Also imagine being the mother or parents of that children and knowing a dude plastered their kid on their dating app for strangers to see lol
[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
YESSSS!!!!! I’m thinking about the safety of the child. I see men do this all the time “That’s my little cousin” so they can look “fatherly”. No.
[–]StrainingMyNeuronsFDS Newbie1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That’s exactly what I mean - did these kids or their mothers give consent for their pictures to be used to appeal to some woman’s ovaries and get in her pants? Gross.
Me too! If you have kids just put it in the bio. I personally don’t like seeing post kids on dating apps.
[–]AnniaTFDS Disciple8 points9 points10 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Let me just add this one: if he's not inviting you for a date maximum 2 weeks after you first connected and talked, drop it. He's just wasting your time if you want more than a penpal or attention seeking lukewarm men.
Ugh pen pals are the worst! Unmatch ladies!

Number 5 + 6 of meeting up. I’ve definitely would spend the night, lie in the same bed and not have sex. They would still want to see me but I do not recommend this at all. I could have been assaulted because most guys think that if you’re coming over you’ll have sex . Because of me “cockblocking” them they’ll start bragging about the other women they had sex with to get me into bed. I stopped doing this along time ago because it is dangerous and the guys are retarded. 🙄
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
Same here! They either try to caress me or make Me lower my guard (drinking, smoking, movie, etc.). It sucks but they assume “my place = sex”. I had a guy try to assault me once. We agreed to play video games and wine. Never discussed anything sexual beforehand and then boom. “Spend the night/come to my bed.” No. He got salty and angry.
I did have rare chances of a guy wanting to see me still (current partner). I spent the night because it was super late and I was exhausted from the date. But I asked him if it was okay and he didn’t force me. I still don’t recommend doing it at all.

Was he super chatty then got lost in the Bermuda Triangle? Drop him
who knew the bermuda triangle was all over the world lol
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Apparently it is to them lol.
[–]GrapeJuiceEnthusiastFDS Disciple2 points3 points4 points 5 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Ehhh I disagree with number 6 of the chatting phase. Some of us have insomnia and other sleep disorders. Overall though this is accurate.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 5 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Great thing to add! I didn’t consider sleep disorders. In my case, if a man told me this, absolutely I wouldn’t dismiss him. Same with work schedules. Now “wyd” knowing good damn well he’s horny and bothering me while I peacefully sleep? Lol. Yeah no.
[–]GrapeJuiceEnthusiastFDS Disciple5 points6 points7 points 5 years ago* (1 child) | Copy Link
Yeah I think it's a bit harmful to imply that if someone is up at 3am they're not being a productive member of society due to the possibility of it being a sleep disorder. But obviously if a man texted me wyd at 3am I would be suspicious and ask myself is he just horny? If it's a man chances are the answer is yes lol.
That part was me, being sarcastic, and over exaggerating. I tend to use dry humor a lot (personally/real life) so it translates often online, too. However, I’m glad we came to an agreement about horny men at 3am and you bringing additional factors to this list to help women on FDS. ☺️

It's a good list!

You’re absolutely right. There is no Mr. Perfect. However, I think most would agree that my list is valid. It’s okay to disagree with it. You don’t have to use the strategy. Be safe! 😊❤️

Damn, they’ve been lying to me all along. Nobody told me I had to show people basic human decency to be perfect! /s

So should she "settle" for someone who doesn't match her worth because..?
[–]Orphanedpinkpetals9 points10 points11 points 5 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Ikr When are men told to settle for anything??
[–][deleted] 9 points10 points11 points 5 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Never. Men know what they want. Why can’t we? Why do we always HAVVVEE to AcEpT him? Lol
