I know we advocate for searching through phones while vetting and I thought having a list of “Hell No!” Podcast might be a good idea since Spotify accounts are easy to follow and access.

If I can go first “Fit&Fresh” is now on my run-at-first-sight list. It was recommended to me by a work colleague and now I will be avoiding him like the plague. As soon as they started mentioning Frank Castle I knew where they were going but they still managed to disappoint.
