So prenups are typically a (wealthy) males go to strategy for essentially keeping you on lockdown while also (due to his wealth) being able to do whatever he wants behind your back without real repercussions in his head (since if you happen to find out about the cheating you can’t really benefit from a divorce, which you should be benefitting because he’s wasting your time and by proxy your beauty ((unfortunately )))

Here’s the strategy:

• IF he pulls a prenup on you randomly out of the blue soon after he proposes, your answer should be “hmmmm can I think about it? I just want my mothers advice (or some other excuse)”. Make sure it’s cushy and your tone doesn’t sound suspicious or angry or any negative undertones, you need to make him think you really just want to think it over before signing a contract basically.

• Immediately go find yourself a lawyer you feel you can trust, preferably a woman but Lawyers do anything as long as the price is right.

  • Write a draft for a clause with your lawyer that would be amended into his prenup that would basically state that if either party is found cheating (with proof) they would be liable to pay 20-50% of their total assets to the innocent party. Proof could be as simple as texts/screenshots + time stamps, video recording, etc. It is up to you to determine what percent you would propose. While I would worry that 50% could make you come across as a gold digger, it is also a good place to start in terms negotiation since all wealthy men will try and contest the starting price so to speak.

Disclaimer I don’t have any background in the legal field so I’m not even sure it’s possible to add clauses onto someone else’s contact (prenup) but I’m pretty sure if you can get him to agree to it, it could be done via cooperation between the two lawyers. ALSO he might decide it’s not worth it and call the proposal off so move wisely and asses the pros/cons before moving forward.
