OP, is that you that receives this text ? Please, if so, get a new SIM and a new phone number ASAP ! This man looks very deranged and we don't know what he may be up to. Disable all your social media for at least one or two months, especially those which you are recognizable (FB, Insta etc). Report that to the police too.

I hate saying it but you should change your number and email. If you’re going to use any social media, delete old accounts and tie any new accounts to the new email and phone number.

Edit - I see people saying you should get the police involved. I don’t know if anyone’s been paying attention for the last 15 years but the cops are not going to help you. You can document all you like but expect nothing. Do everything you can to guard your privacy and safety.

I would honestly print/screenshot all your conversations and all of his numbers and talk to the police and ask them about options you have.

Have you responded yet? If blocking isn't working, you can try a basic "who is this" and see if you can get a name. Then pretend to be a dude and say this is a new phone. And then report the guy so there's at least a paper trail on him.

BUT he also sounds fucked up so a new number might be the easier/safer option for you.

If you don't wanna change your number, get a man (preferably white) and do the following:

1) Go to the police with him and have him tell them he's concerned for your welfare

2) Have him respond to the messages either a) posing as the owner of your phone, with a message clearly conveying a male name, male writing pattern, and the fact that he has no clue who this stalker is or b) all the above except that it's his grandmother/great-uncle/other nonthreatening relation who's getting the messages and getting very confused.

Basically, get a man involved and then LIE. With police as backup.

Blocking him is encouraging him at this point. Don’t block, just put him on mute and change your voicemail to let people know not to leave one because a stalker has filled it up. Then let it fill up. He’ll get bored when he finds a new victim.
