I was seeing this guy for a few months and we spent a significant amount of time together. He put in the effort to see me a lot and talk to me everyday. He wasn’t hiding me from any of his friends or anything. Over this weekend he flipped a switch and didn’t seem interested to talk or see me at all. After trying to get him to talk to me and tell me what’s up, he pretty much vanishes and doesn’t respond. Then he called me and it was a cordial talk just saying he’s not in a place to be seeing someone. I could only respect that. Then right after we get off the phone he texted me that he wants to be transparent and that he’s getting back with his ex. He never talked about her to begin with. I’m just all kinds of hurt right now and this is going to be a painful process.
