Extra relevant in the pandemic. I know multiple professional women who have had to send their kids back to daycare despite the risks, because their husbands weren’t willing to help out.

It’s like on every single Reddit post by men about their relationships they’ll always say they do their share or more of the housework and I’m always VERY skeptical of that. The male gender has no idea of the work load that women carry, oftentimes both in the workplace and at home.

Every partner I’ve ever lived with (there have been 2) has told me regarding cleaning the house “I just don’t know what to do. If you’d just tell me what to do, I’ll do it!”

Reading stuff like this is probably meant to motivate people toward healthy relationships, but ngl more than anything I feel motivated to not procreate or cohabilitate with a man ever. Maybe you'll get lucky and get a good deal, sure. I don't think I'll be that lucky. What a bleak value proposition.
