I have this memory of watching Boy Meets World as a kid. The main actress is asked something by a teacher and the girl responds with wanting to store all men in underground caverns as prisoners or something. It's crazy genocidal thinking that it's played off for laughs because the topic is men. This was a family/children's show. It's a 20 year old memory so if anyone were to link the video that would be neat.

Depends on what is considered misandry. Men in Russia and Ukraine are forced to go to war. The media not losing their mind 24 hours a day seems a glaring example of celebration of misandry to me. But, a lot of people will of course disagree.

The point is, misandry is not only celebrated at personal level but at the national/legal level. So, it is already accepted. So, to many people it won't feel like misandry.
