I understood that money is the power in our current society. The one who has more money can do anything. But, I don't get it why the role 'breadwinner' is seen as privilege. It's powerful but it's not a privilege according to me.

There is a push for women to enter in labour market, some women are now breadwinners too. But to be a breadwinner you need to go through a harming process. It's actually a mental and physical pressure too. Being breadwinner it's like as a human you are disposable. Your value is only limited upto what you can provide. You need to take care of lot of things without thinking about you and your health. On the other side, being stay at home parents give you that joy to play with your children. You become more favourite and important for your family members as human. I know it looks like you are vulnerable and dependant but it gives you the opportunity to follow your hobbies, your passion.

What are your thoughts on it? How do you feel being a sole breadwinner of the family? Is it really privileged? Women and men, what would you more prefer stay at parents or breadwinner?
